ONLINE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Registration
All bidders must register before participating.
Bidders must provide accurate contact information.
The auction company reserves the right to refuse or revoke bidding privileges at its discretion.
A valid government-issued ID may be required.
2. Deposits
Vehicle auctions require a $500 refundable bidder deposit prior to bidding.
General merchandise auctions require a $50 refundable bidder deposit prior to bidding.
Deposits will be applied toward the purchase price of any winning item.
If a winning bidder fails to complete payment, the deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable.
3. As-Is, Where-Is
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied.
No guarantees are made regarding condition, mileage, age, authenticity, functionality, or suitability for any purpose.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items before bidding.
4. Bidder Responsibility
By placing a bid, the bidder enters into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if declared the winning bidder.
Bids cannot be withdrawn once submitted unless allowed by the auction platform.
5. Auction Closing
The highest accepted bid at the close of the auction wins.
The auction company reserves the right to reject any bid.
The auctioneer’s decision is final in the event of a bidding dispute.
Extended bidding may occur if bids are received near the scheduled closing time.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is due within 24-48 hours of auction close unless otherwise announced.
Accepted payment methods include cash, certified funds, wire transfer, approved credit card, or other methods specified by the auction company.
Personal checks may not be accepted.
7. Buyer’s Premium
A buyer’s premium of ___% will be added to the final bid price.
Applicable sales tax and fees will also be collected unless valid exemption documentation is provided.
8. Vehicle Sales
Titles will be transferred only after payment clears.
Buyers are responsible for registration, title fees, taxes, and insurance.
Vehicle descriptions are believed accurate but are not guaranteed.
Odometer readings are provided as shown and are not guaranteed unless required by law.
9. Merchandise Removal
Purchased items must be removed within the announced pickup period.
Storage fees may be charged for items not removed on time.
Items left beyond the pickup deadline may be deemed abandoned.
10. Default by Buyer
If a buyer fails to complete payment:
The bidder deposit is forfeited.
The item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re-auctioned.
The defaulting bidder may be prohibited from future auctions.
The auction company may pursue legal remedies for damages.
11. Technical Issues
The auction company is not responsible for internet outages, platform malfunctions, or bidder technology failures.
In the event of a system issue, the auction company reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the auction.

The auction company reserves the right to add, remove, or regroup items before or during the auction.
Items may be withdrawn without notice.

The auction company, sellers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the auction.
Participation is at the bidder’s own risk.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Carolina.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and bidding, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Special Notice for Your Auction:
Vehicle bidders must submit a $500 deposit before bidding. If the bidder wins a vehicle and fails to complete payment, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded. General merchandise bidders must submit a $50 deposit, which is likewise forfeited if they win and fail to complete payment.
The winning bidder will be responsible for the transportation cost to deliver the vehicle to them.
